Pam & Lexi over at TheLifeBus were generous enough to pass on the Wonderful Team Member Readership Award to me– thank you, ladies!! The Life Bus is one of those fabulous blogs where you find different types of adventures– but always the same voice, enthusiasm, and humor. (Click humor for a picture of squirrel magnets. No joke!) If I haven’t lost everyone at the promise of squirrel magnets, then I’d just like to say– The Life Bus is an impressive blog, and one that I routinely visit– check it out!
So here is what WTMRA winner must do as a recipient of this award:
- Display the logo on his/her post/page and/or sidebar
- The Nominee must finish this sentence and post: ”A Great reader is…”
- Nominate 4 readers they appreciate over a period of 7 days (1 week) – this can be done at any rate during the week. It can be ALL on one day or a few on one day and a few on another day, etc., naming his or her nominees on a post or on posts during the 1 week period.
- The Nominee shall make these rules, or amended rules, keeping to the spirit of the Wonderful Team Member Readership Award, known to each reader s/he nominates.
So what makes a great reader?
Well, to me, every reader is a great reader. Just picking up a book, or reading a blog post, is a commitment of time and an acknowledgement of priorities. Reading is a part of my life, and if it’s a part of your life, too– then it’s something we share and we are both great readers.
I hereby pass this award onto…
Laith’s Ramblings: For reading books I love, and for sharing that love for the same reasons:
Live Out Loud: For the amazing ability to get to the essence of anything, including books:
Tranquil Dreams: For being versatile both in life and in reading choices:
FaceAtTheWindow: For writing like a reader of many things:
For those who I passed an award along, don’t feel obligated to do anything with it. For my thoughts on blogging awards, visit this post – > Sorry Goblin Queen, I’m Keeping This Award.
