At the end of January, I had a big work project that pulled me away from the wonderful, fabulous internet. The project was successful and perfectly timed because it gave me the push I needed to get off my tush (literally) and give my tailbone time to heal.
I’ve been easing back into blogging… and though I’ve had snippets of time to read some of the wonderful blogs that have been posted, I’m still a little behind. Give me a couple days to catch up and if I still haven’t replied to your comments, come at me with a brick.
I want to give special thanks to my guest dinos for keeping the light on over here. It was my first experience with hosting guest bloggers, and I fell in love with it. There’s something very warm about having one of my beloved blogger friends join in my randomness. Plus, I slept soundly knowing my little piece of the internet was safe in their hands.
I probably won’t do a guest blog week again for awhile– but I’m definitely open to featuring a few a month. If you’re interested, just let me know. You can tell me here or email rarasaurdinosaur@gmail.com.
Each of my guest bloggers has been a critical part of my blogging journey and I am grateful for their support, enthusiasm, and inspiring individuality.
If you haven’t checked them our their blogs yet– please do!

For those who were quiet readers, or took the time to hit the “like” button– thank you, and I’m sorry there was no easy way to grab your name. But let me know if I left you off this list and I will add you lickety split!
I’m glad things are looking up for you, I’m hoping your coccyx is healing and less painful, and I’m glad you’re back!
It is! I barely notice it now.
I’m glad to be back. Since I was mostly offline, I not only missed blogging, but I missed other internet things too– like search engines. I swear I have a mile-long list of things to research!
Welcome back!!!
A nice way to come back
Wow! That’s quite the thank you list. Was happy you let my kingdom of nonsense invade your dino territory for a day, and would happily do it again any time the call goes out. I’m already thinking about doing a post called “The Rara Effect” where I just show my stats for a week and see the huge surge I got on the day I posted on your site.
Good to have you back!
I missed you, too!
You are one beautiful human being Rawr and I luvs ya
Welcome back to the fold.
I love you, too, lovely lady! *hugs* Good to be back!
Welcome back!!!!
Yay!
Hurrah!
Thank you again for a brilliant guest post!!
Hope that tail bone of yours is starting to heal well.
It’s nearly all better! Unless I sit waaay too long, I don’t even notice it. Hurrah!
Welcome back!! And hope your injury is healing nicely!! Mine took just over 3 weeks to heal so I hope yours doesn’t take too much longer!! And thanks for the thank you – it was an absolute pleasure reading them all!!!
Good to hear! And yeh, perhaps leave the acrobatics to the pros and stick to the writing!
Glad to have you back!
Welcome back and glad to have you back with us!
Yay, I’m glad to be back!!
Welcome back!
Loved the guest blogs, was super fun to read
Welcome back!!
Thank you, thank you!
Glad you’re back! You’re guest bloggers were great but there is only one you
Haha, that’s true… I don’t know if the world would know what to do with two of me!
Glad to hear you’re back. Unless you’ve mastered levitation there is no substitute for actual sitting.
None at all! I’ve been working on that levitation thing… it’s on my “to do” list, like “Invent time travel”… but for now I’ll have to settle for regular sitting.
Wow! That is quite a list, I’m so happy I could be part of it. And I’m glad you’re back!
Isn’t it?! A shiny list of wonderful people, thank you for being one of the shiniest!
Welcome back, Rarasaur! I loved reading the guest dinosaurs, but I missed your particularly brand of nonsense.
Thanks!! I missed having a place for my nonsense to go. It’s hard to believe I’m less than a year into this blogging thing… I can’t imagine how addicted I’ll be in twice this amount of time, haha!
There’s nothing sadder than a dinosaur with a busted tail! Hope you’re all better now. Welcome back
It’s true, Tails are what dinos are all about!
Thank you for the warm welcome back!
You’re back Baby (dino)!
I am! *high five*
Great that you are now back. I think your guest bloggers were awesome, most of them I follow now and some of them have become must reads for me. You are like the pied piper of blogging. Thanks for introducing me to such great blogs and bloggers. So looking forward to some new Rara Writing.
glad you are back but leave Arnold where you were
Awww, poor Arnold, haha!
Glad the tuckas is better!
Oh man, so am I!
Thanks for your tips, by the way– very helpful!
You gotta go with what you know ….
Welcome back, Rara! We missed youuuuu!!
Awww, thank you! I missed you too!!
I’m glad you’re back. I enjoyed most of your guest-bloggers (and found Miss Four Eyes particularly fetching, intellectually speaking,) but I really missed proper Rara-authored wurds.
Isn’t she great? I had a feeling you would enjoy her writing. Yay, it’s so good to be back!
What a fabulous return! Welcome back
Haha, yes, fanfare and gratitude, and warm welcomes back– it’s a fabulous way to return. Thank you for being part of the awesomeness!!
Welcome home!
They were all terrific!
I thought so too!
We’re like-minded in many ways!
You know what I’m gonna say? OK maybe you don’t
You are sooooooooo Rarasaur! I enjoyed your guests and I’m glad your back.
haha, thank you!!! I missed being called rarasaur, for some reason I can’t get the folk at work to do it…
Thank you for your part in making my blog warm and cozy for my guests!!
You’re welcome. And you picked great guest bloggers! I wasn’t gonna misbehave when Mama Rara was away
Maybe the work folk need to hear me say Rarasaur. Then they’d know why it’s just a magical thing to do
Aww thanks for letting me be a part of everything! I hope your tailbone gets better soon. That sounds painful!
Thanks! It was unexpectedly super painful. Now I’m okay mostly, just skittish about sitting down in case it’s just pretending to be healed.
Thanks for your support and your phenomenal guest post, Lily!
RAAAAAAAAAWWWWRRRRRR!!!!!!
RAWRRRRRR right backatcha!
Hi there! This is a really interesting blog! I look forward to reading more posts from you.
Thanks, Wesley, welcome aboard!!! I look forward to seeing you ’round these parts.
Don’t take this the wrong way, but all I can think of is “Baby got back.” Missed you.
haha!!! I knew there was a better title out there.
Thank you again for your fabulously funny post– missed you, too!!
Welcome back, yo!
Hope the arse bone is healing nicely.
Why thank you, it is healing quite nicely!
Woohoo!
You did a lot of work compiling those lists. I am so behind in reading, I’m only starting to get caught up. I read the current posts & then read older posts as I can. Thanks for the mention!
BTW, glad to hear your tailbone is feeling better! Damn that post comment button!
